Amida is a fabulous Racquets & Fitness Spa located on 9 acres of parkland on Stanhope Grove, Beckenham. Out of this world and beyond your imagination, this is no ordinary club.

Opened in November 2001, Amida has really set itself apart from ordinary clubs. Described by Timeout as "one of the largest clubs in Europe... in short, excellent value". Amida has also won the UK Day Spa of the Year Award.

On Wednesday 22nd September 2004 Amida Beckenham was awarded the top industry award of UK HEALTH CLUB OF THE YEAR. It is a fantastic achievement for all of us.

The actual citation read out in front of thousands of industry people at the Gala dinner presentation was as follows:
